Gently warm the milk and cream with the basil leaves in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until steaming (do not boil). Remove from heat, cover, and let steep for 15 minutes. Strain out the basil, stir in the sugar and lemon juice, and cool completely before pouring into the pint.
